We accept returns on faulty items within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if product descriptions weren’t read carefully.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Personalised and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 working days. Shipping options at checkout include:
1st Class Post (usually next day)
2nd Class Post (3–5 days)
Next Day Courier (quicker than post, but not guaranteed next-day delivery)

Playdough Care
Our playdough lasts approximately 6 months when stored in the original tin, kept in a cool, dark cupboard (not refrigerated). Open within 3 months to allow it to air—this helps prevent condensation and extends freshness. Many customers report their dough lasting over a year with proper care!
Tips:
Dough feeling dry? Add a drop of water and knead it back to life.
White spots? They’re salt crystals—warm hands and kneading will dissolve them.
Wipe surfaces before play to avoid crumbs or mould spores potentially forming.

All products are vegan and cruelty free.
We use high-quality, food-grade ingredients including:
Wheat flour (contains gluten)
Salt
Natural oils & touch safe fragrance scents
Organic Cocoa powder (in chocolate playdough – may contain traces of milk)
While we aim to be allergen-aware, please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, soy, cocoa, and cornflour.
Child Safety
While our playdough is designed to smell great – it is not meant for human consumption due to high salt content.
Some products include small parts, making them unsuitable for children under 3 years of age. Always supervise young children during play.
