Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on faulty items within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if product descriptions weren’t read carefully.

We do not accept exchanges.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage and any cost associated with this.
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Personalised and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
